Payment must be made prior to commencement of the class. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your place. If you do not receive an email, please contact us as your place is not guaranteed until you have received this confirmation.
In the event of bad weather, players must bring protection from rain. Classes will go ahead in drizzle and light rain.
In the event of persistent heavy rain, a decision will be made to determine if the class goes ahead. This will be in the best interest of the player.
A decision regarding weather conditions is usually made no later than 30 minutes before the start time. This is to give every chance of the session going ahead. We will contact you if the session needs to be postponed or cancelled via email or a WhatsApp message.
If more than one consecutive session is lost to bad weather during a course, we will either offer an alternative session or a single session credit.
No refunds will be given for sickness or the need to self isolate.
If you are no longer able to attend your chosen course or camp, you may request via email that you move your place to a different day. However, no refunds or credit will be given in the event we are not able to offer a suitable alternative.
