Ladies doubles coaching
This is aimed at those having lessons but who are not confident enough to join in club social tennis. The focus will be on doubles matchplay, court positioning and tactics.
Stroke by stroke
These sessions are aimed at improvers and concentrate on one or two particular stroke techniques which are chosen each week in order to help you improve your game. More about coaching ...
Mixed drills and matchplay
This coaching concentrates on improving footwork, physical conditioning to improve stamina, helping with technical problems that may occur and giving tactical match play advice. The majority of the time is spent on drills and on improving each shot through repetition. Mental training, court positioning for doubles and singles, patterns of play, match tactics and advanced game situations will also be covered.
